CONSUMER BRANDS HOLDING COMPANY
OTCID: FCUL
Food Culture Inc.
A public platform built to scale operating consumer brands.
A few words
FCUL builds and scales consumer brands through an asset-light approach to premium spirits, RTDs, and cultural brands.
Presented at EGC 95 — Aug 19, 2026
THE MODEL
Brand-owned. Partner-produced.
FCUL doesn't manufacture directly — it partners, distributes, and scales. Lean at the center, real production and retail at the edges.
WHY NOW
The category is shifting.
Overall spirits volumes declined in 2025 — the worst-performing major alcohol category tracked by IWSR. Some were down 3% by volume. But inside that overall number, specific segments moved in the opposite direction.

01
Tequila was among the spirits subcategories posting volume and value gains in 2025.
02
Ready-to-drink spirits were the only major alcohol category to grow in 2025 — up 2% by volume and 4% by value.
03
Canada was named among the strongest RTD growth markets globally, alongside South Africa and Japan.
04
In Ontario, RTD sales grew 9.5% while total alcohol volumes fell 3.9%. RTDs now account for 63% of all spirit-based product volumes sold in the province.
